At Glamelix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury beauty purchases. If for any reason you’re not delighted with your bath salts, facial treatments, or other premium products, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Important Notes:
- You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- For hygiene reasons, certain personal care products cannot be returned (see section below)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Exchange confirmation (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Ship to our return address (provided in approval email)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refund Process
When Will I Receive My Refund?
- Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after delivery)
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- Total time: Approximately 10-14 business days from when we receive your return
How Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Bath & Body products that have been opened or used
- Facial Cleansers and Facial Masks with broken seals
- Bodywash, Body Lotion, or Eye Treatment products that have been opened
- Deodorants and Exfoliators
- Any product from our Baby collection that has been opened
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (like a broken candle or leaking bath oil):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs
