Important Notes:

  • You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • For hygiene reasons, certain personal care products cannot be returned (see section below)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Exchange confirmation (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  1. Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging
  2. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  3. Ship to our return address (provided in approval email)
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refund Process

When Will I Receive My Refund?

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after delivery)
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • Total time: Approximately 10-14 business days from when we receive your return

How Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference
  • If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Bath & Body products that have been opened or used
  • Facial Cleansers and Facial Masks with broken seals
  • Bodywash, Body Lotion, or Eye Treatment products that have been opened
  • Deodorants and Exfoliators
  • Any product from our Baby collection that has been opened

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (like a broken candle or leaking bath oil):

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs
