Beauty Tip: Try our travel sizes first! Many of our luxury products like bath salts, beard care items, and cellulite solutions come in sample sizes perfect for testing before purchasing full-size versions.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview
- 15-day window from delivery date to initiate returns/exchanges
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used Bath & Body products
- Facial Cleansers and Facial Masks with broken seals
- Opened Bodywash, Body Lotion, or Eye Treatment products
- Deodorants and Exfoliators
- Any opened Baby collection products

Once approved:
- Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
